nonostante il video aggiunto alla denuncia e la chiarezza di quello la denunca/querela è stata archiviata.

il che mi sembra strano in quanto dalle immagini si vedono comportamenti inequivocabili e si sentono 

parole altrettanto inequivocabili.

come se "scendi sei morto".

invece il Gip si sofferma sul mio comportamento sprezzante. e archivia. così rendendo inefficace tutta la 

serie di denuncie presentate.

the prosecutors and judges continue to reject all my lawsuits. 

i have presented over xxx lawsuits all well documented in my opinion.  and all without a result.

last one is not different. i have post here  the details about this new refusal.

i put here my report to this body about this problem. 

the facts are much evident and i don't know how explain this.

during a trip to job i meet a strange guy that react very hard to my behavior uncorrect. 

the guy chasses me on the roads and reacts very hard to my attempt to escape this situation. with dangerous maneuvers on the roads.

i have surpassed a long string of cars because i alwaus meet many strange behaviors on the roads. the string of cars put 

always much dalay in my trip on the roads. and much more. 

about strange facts on the roads i have presented 2 lawsuits at court but nothing i have got. the behaviors have continued 

until this time. so i am a bit nervous in these situations. 

the guy then stop and get out the car and start to speaks very hard at me.  

slam the door of car and refer to me  as  " if you escape from the car are dead"  and other. 

the gip (judge for preliminary investigation) at contrary in his motivation

focuses on my behavior that violates the rules of the road. on a page and a half  point only on this and nothing about all the 

other evident  and  in my opinion illegal behavior that I suffered. 

i ask to consider this and other facts all in same direction.  because i stand in a very serious situation

 Avendo subito tutta una serie di violazioni e presentato svariate denuncie/querele nel corso degli anni senza ottenere niente ho presentato appropriate segnalazioni agli organismi del' UNITED NATIONS per aiuto

Nel 2022 l'ho mandata via email potendosi mandare anche via email queste segnalazioni. le passate sono state mandate anche in modo cartaceo.

i am italian citizen.

i send this email to complaint the continuity in violations on me and for every crime can to apply for them in accordance  with  mandate of the court.

i think very many crimes have happened on me  and i describe them by my lawuist i have presented to prosecutor and police. i have also multiple documents audio and video and written to support my statements. many of them are listed in my sites i listed next. of all lawsuits i have documents original. because them are at least 16 and more i put the link to my site to describe them

i presented many documentation of audio e video but prosecutor asks archiviation. my lawyer did much confusion and i fail to put opposition to judge for lawsuit. my lawyers did almost nothing in all the lawsuit i have presented. but ia have spoken with at least 10 other and those were worst.

about strange fact on the road (aggression) in date august 2020 the events are so seriouis it is difficult to describe

in this case  problems were with people on the road ( no accident as has written the local police, but pure aggression). in my opinion much different is what has told local police. i was set to hospital to cure a few shot at the face. 

presented lawsuit to magistracy. still open but no results. carabineri called 2 times not came also if i said there was aggression., to place of problems. and they sent other 2 local police that did a very poor work. of more the facts have been changed by a witness that gave a version much different.  in my opinion false testimony. 

also so with my witness  that gave a clear description of facts nothing has happened. lawsuit open but no results. very strange.

next i list only a part of a long list of problems in these sectors. As an example. 

Esemples of  last problems 

problems with 2 boys on the roads. In the video it is possible to see that these boys scream high behind me in the car. one accuse me to bad behavior on the road and to have insulted him. from the video is possible to see  what they are sayng was incorrect. Perhaps a pretext to do trouble.

in general i meet problems with everything. In particular

problems with 1 purchase not done and payment of di 30-40 euro not done by me.  likely phishing.

problems with the water meter.  the meter is showing more than it should. i have signaled the problem to water company. the company that manages the water supply responded like this. it seems very costly. i have little time for this and problem remain.

4 january 2021 healt problems, a renal colic. i go to hospital and meet several problems. the doctor want to do me long examinations. and wanto I to stay at hospital for more  time. doctor says if i go home that night i can to risk my life. i sign and go to home and the morning after  i are very well.   I HAVE VIDEOS OF THIS.

nuovi sviluppi della denunca-querela del settembre 2019 per violenza privata - minacce

 la denuncia/querela fatta per tutti i  reati applicabili per dei fatto accaduti sulle strade in settembre 2019 

hanno avuto i seguenti sviluppi. 

1  denuncia/querela

2 il Pm richiede archiviazione.

3  facciom opposizione 

4  il gip in data marzo 2022 dispone l'ulteriore archiviazione. 

fino al 2017 era ancora possibile fare ricorso in cassazione in questi casi.

con la legge 103 del 2017  sono cambiate alcune cose.

1  i temini per le impugnazioni delle decisioni dei giudici sono stati allungati

2 i ricorsi per cassazione sono possibili solo con l'aiuto di un legale cassazionista

3 le decisioni del gip qualora richeda  l'archiviazione dopo una opposizione non sono appellabili. 

avendo fatto opposizione alla richiesta di archiviazione del pm alla mia denncia del settembre 2019 

e avendo ricevuto richiesta di archiviazione ancora una volta alla mia opposizione non posso fare altro 

appello.

come si vede dalla indagini preliminari e dalle conclusioni del gip non viene presa in considerazione 

il fatto che dal video si vede e si sentono delle parole che a me sembrano minacce e un comportamento 

aquanto aggressivo. 

il gip si sofferma invece sulla mia violazione del codice della sttada. e al mio sprezzante atteggiamento. 

sono stato inseguito e ostacolato in qualche modo poi ho sentito delle parole abbastanza chiare.
