i am an user of your service, like the previous e mail show.

but i am experiencing a lot of problems with the sign in to my account.

i cann't to sign in my account from a some time. i have this e mail and my password has not changed. 
i am interesting to maintain my account. has something changed? and what must i do to acced to  my account?
