chiamo il medico al telefono ma non risponde

 il giorno 21 agosto 2025 chiamo il medico al telefono per un tempo lungo dalle 19.11 alle 19.38 e non risponde mai al telefono.  registro 3 video delle chiamate al telefono fiso e al cellulare del medico.  tranne le prime due in cui sia il fisso sia il mobile squillano, in seguito il telefono risponde sempre che l'utente o è staccato o non raggiungibile. mi sembrs strano

problemi con i semafori in diverse occasioni

 ho riscontrato numerosi problemi con i semafori che scattano nel preciso istante che ci passo sotto.

in un caso a mio avviso si è trattato di una infrazione falsa. perchè io non ero passato oltre il semaforo giallo. 

tanto che da quel momento ho preso a verificare il funzionamento corretto di quei dispositivi. 

come esempio evidente dei molti casi che mi sono capitati riporto in video due casi di scatto del

 semaforo giallo quando ci passo sotto.

ancora dal medico per una prescrizione intorno al 24 gennaio 2024

 il 31 gennaio vado alla sera verso le 19.00  a lasciare la richiesta per una prescrizione medica.  il medico non c'è ma come sempre si fa in questi casi lascio la richiesta nella buca dove vanno tutte le richieste.  lo faccio in presenza di altro personale dipendente da altro medico presente. 

ritorno al pomeriggio inoltrato del giorno dopo e la segretaria mi dice che la ricetta non è pronta perchè il medico il giovedì sta poco e non l'ha firmata. così la ricetta che mi offre è senza utilità.

io avevo quasi finito il farmaco così anche se in quel momento non era urgente in altri casi poteva esserlo. 

decido così di andare diretamente all'altro ambulatorio del medico dalla parte opposta della città per avere la prescrizione. 

ricordo che nel tempo ho incontrato innumerevoli esempi di questi comportamenti che mi mettaveno in ansia e senza riferire i nomi episodi infinit peggiori.

problemi con acquisto di una bicicletta, l'auto di proprietà e un noleggio

 il giorno 7  dicembre acquisto una bicicletta usata ad un discreto prezzo perchè le mie due auto di una certa età sono tutte e due fuori uso. erano un pò anziane ma tutte e due perfettamente funzionanti e funzionanti bene anche.  in seguito come ho indicato per una in passato e come indicherò per l'altra sono andate tutte e due fuori uso.  

la prima per sicuro sabotaggio.  la seconda anche per probabile sabotaggio.

ho acquistato una bicicletta per la defaillance delle auto e perchè nel corso del tempo le mie altre due biciclette sono tutte sparite. 

la bicicletta acquistata  il giorno 7,  il giorno dopo,  dopo pochi kilometri ha perso il pedale che si è svitato e ho dovuto ritornare a casa facendo qualche centinaia di metri con qualche difficoltà. 

ancora il giorno dopo il 9, vado da quello da cui l'ho acquistata che era un rivenditore, per la sistemazione. anche se quello mi diceva di ritornare il giorno dopo per fare la riparazione facciamo tutto sul momento perchè il guasto era semplice. si trattava di sostituire il solo pedale e la manovella del pedale. un lavoro di pochi minuti.

per la seconda auto riassumo solo gli ultimi eventi.  ad un certo punto l'auto non parte più del tutto dopo diversi inconvenienti che descriverò appena possibile. 

la parcheggio e la esamino appena possibile e scopro che il tubo della benzina che entra nel filtro del carburante è rotto. e che il filtro del carburante stesso è otturato. 

essendo rotto il tubo la benzina non arriva al carburatore e inoltre il filtro del carburante è completamente ostruito cosa che impedisce ancora l'arrivo del carburante. 

sostituisco il tubo e pulisco il filtro del carburante con un pò di difficoltà.  faccio fluire della benzina che sblocca il filtro. alla fine  non sembra funzionare bene anche se la benzina passa. 

il tubo della benzina e il filtro del carburante si trovano in un posto molto scomodo da raggiungere e nel tempo non hanno mai dato problemi. strano che si sia rotto il tubo e si sia ostruito il filtro. di fatto non consentendo alla benzina di arrivare a destinazione.  la rottura si può anche datare perchè da un certo punto l'auto non parte più.

ho preso a noleggio il giorno 12 dicembre un'auto per gli spostamenti quotidiani. ho fatto l'acquisto on line e ho ritirato l'auto il martedì successivo mattina 12 dicembre. ho fatto i controlli normali in quelle circostanze. anche se avevo chiesto una panda,  il mattino del martedì mi era stata consegnata una audi a3 2000 tdi e automatica.

vado dal medico per una urgenza fine novembre 2023 alle ore 16.45 ( il medico ha ambulatorio dalle 15.00 alle 17.00)  ma la segretaria mi dice che il medico non c'è. la moglie ha avuto un problema e il medico ritarderà. arriverà verso le 17 o le 17.30. poi la segretaria dice che arriverà intorno alle 17.15 o poco più come in effetti sarà. 

altre volte per qualche urgenza sono andato sul finire dell'orario di ambulatorio per qualche prescrizione.  e non ci sono stati problemi. 

questa volta il medico non c'era. prima che arrivi effettivamente arrivano anche altri pazienti che hanno contattato il medico che era in ritardo. 3 o 4. 

io mi qualifico per una urgenza essendo in attesa fin dalle 16.45. 

il medico mi chiede di che cosa si tratta di fronte a tutti. io dico che glielo dico in privato.  quello dice ancora che la signora tal dei tali arrivata dopo di me e per ultima di quelli in attesa ha anch'essa una urgenza e anche un appuntamento e la fa passare avanti. 

forse ci sono diversi tipi di urgenza. 

io aspetto 15 minuti ulteriori. 

alla fine entro ed espongo il mio caso.

i present complaint for 5 lawsuit that have been closed with many problems in my opinion.

1 ……..…in date 9 november 2019 i have preeented a lawsuit to prosecutor for private violence and menaces for me on the streets. I have recorded averything in video on internet.

but investigations have dismiss all my accusations . Prosecutor He requests closure without giving reasons. i did opposition in the regular times. But other judge for preliminary investigation archiviated all the accusation yet. I think it is very strange because in the video is possible to see bad behavior of the guy and menaces for me.. the judge says in hers paper i must to do opposition to what the prosecutor has said. But he has said nothing , he has asked archiviation without motive. The other judege says still i have provoked the guy, i I have been dismissive with guy. All the investigations have been very hard with me. And nothing about the guy, that guy who chases me for miles on the road. Then escape from the car come towards me with a threatening face and says if you escape from car you are dead. And move around my car and seems hit my car. . prosecutor archiviate the lawsuit without motivation and other judge says only she do not to accept opposition, and archiviate the lawsuit still. All this is clearly in contrast with video evidence.

For this lawsuits i add the doc in copia and opposition to decision of prosecutor to archiviate and final decision of judge.

2 Still in other aggression of 7 march 2019 i put the video to understand the facts. I have never known nothing about this lawsuit. My lawyrer did an examination of my legal situation and discovered it was closed in 26/9/2019. but i do not have known this. Though i have asked to be informed bout the case of achiviation.

3 In the aggression of 5 nov 2020 i have experienced a lot of many bad behaviors of the local police on the scene of crime. i konwn it was an aggressione, but they have treated it like a car accident. They refused to listen my demand to ask to other near people. Many times. They said they can not to do that tipe of investigation. It is not true because they have the power of officer of judciary police and can to do every investigation. They seems to mock me for all the time. No witness was searched. The next day i return on the place crime and discover a witness to confirm my story. At contrary police have accepted a testify of a guy a guy passing by there that says a thing completely different about what has happened and what says my witness. Police accept this story as true and put it in their document. So police documet and witness passing by there say an other story about what has happened.

In my opnion it was misconduct of police and false testify. Of more i was called by judge pf peace 2 time to attend the hearing. A first time i have not received the information. Last time Carabinieri give me a invitation to present at their offices i date 8-9 april 2022 (ven and saturday) and hearing was for 13 april (Wednesday) . I run to get a lawyer because my past was not good. In my opinion was possible a long lawsuit around these false things. So with my lawyer we agreed not to attend in all this caos.

4 still about another lawsuits in date october 2013 this was dismiss like a soft crime without nothing. Thoungh it lasted by 4 years and in the time was dead my father. The problem with this lawsuit was police. It said still there was nothing strange in it. I had presented a few audio and video about stalking. But police said they were not sufficient. I had many other audio and video about stalking at home. But in all this time I have never been able to present them . Because in first part of investigation those available on line were deleted by unkown authors. And next never prosecutor allowed the investigation to be reopened and i to present the many audio and video i had. Of more i had very little help from my lawyer of the time and was scared about continuos calls and invitation of Carabineri. So i run away without speak and present my documents. I think it was a bad behavior.

5 last request od reopen the investigation and see my documents were in 28 january 2021 and was dismiss 2 febrary 2021.really without motivation. I say i have other documents but the Pm says the lawsuits has closed and it has been widely treated by other judges. But nothing about all facts serious not accepted and listed by me. More important, never my request was accepted i can present all my documentation. So in all the 3 times i have asked to reopen the investigation. In my opinion a behavior very serious.

of more the supreme court rejected the appeal with weak reasons and charged a hefty fine. In appeal i said about my docs and a few witnesses in my home and always other details missing in lawsuit. Of more supreme court said i can not present by me appeal to supreme court. This thing is not true because only in late 2017 justice reform has changed this and to present appeal to supreme court need a lawyer. First it was possible to do by myself. Supreme court only said about case has been widely treated. In my opinion it was not true. But i can never prove that. For me negation of justice.
