comunicazioni con AI da gennaio 2019
mando email ala sede centrale per avere un aiuto. non ottengo alcuna risposta per molto tempo.
telefono anche ma in diverse circostanze passo molto tempo al telefono in genere più di una ora senza ottenere niente. la comunoicazione cade il trasferimento della chiamata rimane silenzioso oppure mi dicono di richiamare domani.
diverse chiamate negli ultimi tempi.
poi mi passano un italiano da cui non ottengo niente. dopo mandato una email il 1 luglio mi risponde il 15 luglio. mi dice che quelle cose non sono di pertinenza di AI .

Innanzitutto mi scuso per il ritardo con cui le rispondo.
In merito alle domande che ci pone, le faccio presente che l’adozione di una cittadinanza ulteriore puo’ teoricamente dare accesso a protezioni aggiuntive (per esempio, la protezione diplomatica), ma che queste difficilmente si applicherebbero a casi come quello da lei sollevato. Inoltre, l’ottenimento della cittadinanza e’ soggetto ad una serie di requisiti molto stringenti e non semplici da ottenere, quali in particolare la residenza continuativa in un Paese per un certo numero di anni.
Cio’ detto, devo sottolineare – come gia’ fatto telefonicamente – che Amnesty International non e’ titolata ad offrire consulenza legale, e che dunque non possiamo far altro che raccomandarle di richiedere una consulenza legale a un professionista, anche per il tramite di un’associazione di protezione d’interessi diffusi, ove opportuno.
Inoltre, purtroppo la circostanza da lei sollevata non appare ricadere nel ristretto alveo di casi per i quali la nostra organizzazione puo’ intervenire con i suoi strumenti – che sono quelli della ricerca, campagna e advocacy. Ritengo che le autorita’ a cui gia’ si e’ rivolto siano effettivamente quelle deputate ad intervenire – e titolate a fare le loro valutazioni in totale indipendenza – in casi come questo. La inviterei eventualmente a considerare l’opportunita’ di rivolgersi anche ai servizi sociali presso il comune di appartenenza.

elenco brevemente i problemi e le v. e ogni altra cosa che ho subito.
tuttoè ben descritto nel mio sito dove ci sono più in dettaglio queste cose e molto meno di quello che giornalmente.

una denuncia del ottobre 2013 per presunto stalking dutato oltre 3 anni fatto a casa e durante il quale mori anche il mio vecchio genitore nonstante le prove portate fu rigettata più volte dai giudici. prima il PM che chiese l'archiviazione poi il GIP che rigettò completamente l'accusa di stalking e optò per una denuncia per disturbo del riposo delle persone. un reato che si applica anche nel caso del disturbo di un giorno e che prevede solo una multa. anche quella denuncia andò prescritta.
la cassazione rigettò il ricorso e infini anche la corte europea dei diritti dell'uomo rigettò ripetutamente il ricorso anche senza leggerlo pur avendolo presentato completo. semplicemente lo rifiutava con una frase di circostanza. mentre secondo me era tutto regolare. essendo il ricorso presentabile con un formulario standard dove si deve solo compilare gli appositi spazi.
oltre tutto questo posso dire che le ind. e il comp. della m. era carente da ogni punto di vista. la p. fece letteralemte un fa. redigendo fa. te. e impedendomi nella fase inziale di presentare altra documentazione come avevo indicato nalla denuncia. questo in collaborazione con a. la p. mi fece in pratica pa. con laiuto di a. per cui io ripetutamente sollecitato ora da uno ora dall'altro non mi presentai a dare la ulteriore documentazione. e quando lo feci dissi non avevo altro da aggiungere.
io presentai la documentazione e indicai i testimoni presenti in casa. la documentazione che era solo una parte dalla polizia non venne ritenuta sufficiente e i testimoni non trovati pur uno stando a poche decine di metri da casa mia e l'altro indicato con numero e indirizzo.
. e p. fecero di tutto. ho sul sito un elenco delle email con a. la p. fece un fa. e molto di più.
la suprema c inc. archiviò senza meno nonostante avessi indicato tutti i punti mancanti nelle passate parti giudiziarie.
e anche la corte dei diritti dell'uomo di strasburgo.
con la p. e la m. così pesantemente co. ho subito numerosi ulteriori problemi.
vivo in una situazione di pri. pratica. a casa dove sono soggetto e forme si s. continuo. a casa per s. e al la. e in molte altrre situazioni.
lo s. sulle s. va avanti da prima della denuncia del 2013. al la. lo stesso.
ect etc. vedi il sito per un resoconto incompleto.
così visto che sono com. p. e m. che hanno mancato fare giustizia di un enorme. quelli si sono come dimenticati di me che continuo a s. ogni forma di per. ......
siccome non ho ottenuto niente dalla giustizia ne da quella europea chiedo se passando per un cambio o aggiunta di una cit. può miglioraree la mia situazione, e se posso fare qualche altra cosa dal punto di vista legale

it descibe very bad develop of a lawsuit full of v. and misbehave of po. law. and ju. at end i was left without justice and i think without rig. because violations in law. were so many that the lawsuit was clsed
very soon and every attempt to do sometingh was discaged badly.
bad b.in case gone for all duration of lawsuit. until more high c.
no result has produced the human rights court of strasbourg and human rights of UN. nothing.
and over that problem i have treat with lawsuit i have many other problem treat with lawsuit without result.
so i ask if can to speak to see if cit. different can to be solution or ather things yet. like asi.
i must to have someone to speak because alone i have many difficulties.

siccome sono serie è ho già presentato ricorso alla corte dei diritti dell'uomo in particolare per violazioni del giusto processo in una denuncia del 24 ottobre 2013 respinta.in questo momento avrei bisogno di parlare con qualcuno di fiducia su che cosa posso fare.
quali altre possibilità legali mi rimangono e discutere se un cambio di cit. mi può aiutare.
il punto per questo è che essendo le v. fatte sono tante e anche e soprattutto da parte degli organi cost. questo può avere spinto lo s. a eliminare tutti i miei diritti.

i am go down a black hole of injxxx. from 10 years fight against that has put now in the black hole. with no help from none i have go down a continuos crime future. and i beeing totally innocent. the crime has get its max success to delete my rights with crime from many actors. actors in every sector of system.
and now without right i am in difficult situation. i need of help. it is impossible ro do nothing. problems arise around continuosly. and time goes wasted to confront problems and not to live.
